“Large flat stamp I ordered and doesn't give a smooth sprint, which I believe you know as to why you charge so much for a roll stamp... Good turn around, but not so good in practical use.”

“Ordered before 11am and received the proof at 12.10. Replied 12 minutes later to say it was fine but didn’t find out until the next day (after asking) that it had not been sent the same day. I’m sure it will be on their small print somewhere. Don’t waste your money on next day delivery unless you are happy to risk no proof. Once received the stamp was fine but nothing I could not have bought elsewhere.”

“bought a stamp with ink pad and ink, having trouble stamping eggs without getting sponge marks all over the top of the egg, cant understand why the sponge is around the stamp!!! in the past we have used a self inking one but because we not used it for months because of the covid 19 virus it stopped working, we did buy the cleaner for it from you but still would not work”

Dear Anne Thank you for your review, though I'm sorry to hear of the issues. I'd like to offer to remake the stamp for you using a smaller sponge? The self-inking stamp doesn't have a cleaner, when it dries please add more of the special ink. Adding anything else to it could cause damage. Regards Colin Cousins Manager

Hi Thank you for your review. The solid areas of your logo require more ink and pressure. Have you added extra ink to the pad? If that doesn't resolve it we will happily remake the stamp by amending the logo to show an outline of the logo only, which will make stamping easier. Kindest regards Colin Cousins Manager
