Speedy service, but... the second line of the stamp appears in bold ink, unlike the rest, without a request for this. in addition, the stamp base cover, for which I paid extra, does not fit properly.

The speed of service was excellent and the pads were exactly what I needed BUT THE COST OF POSTAGE (over £4) WAS EXCESSIVE for a package which was sent at the basic large letter rate.

Hi Thank you for your review. I'm really pleased the pads arrived so swiftly. Currently our website is unable to communicate with the Royal Mail regarding parcel size (this is something we're looking at). Not had stamp delivered yet so not sure why they asked me for a review? My experience of ordering was fine ,except it would have been more convenient to pay for the stamp when ordering rather than waiting for card.

Dear Richard Thank you for your review. Review invitations are automatically emailed five days after an order is placed. We despatched your order on 30th August, I suspect the delay is a result of the Royal Mail strike. Please contact us next week if your order still hasn't arrived. Product arrived in good condition and time. However, having now looked at it in the flesh (so to speak). I think the price point with delivery was to much. For that reason only. I would seek better value elsewhere in the future.

Second order from the company. First stamp broke due to wobbly fixing and the mould of my company logo wasn't flat so to get an even branding would take long a time and a LOT of pressure. Second stamp of not used yet so let's hope it's made better and actually works for the price it costs. Its not cheap and I did expect a better made product.

Replacement ink pad arrived quickly but disappointed that the postage costed more then the actual pad itself

Stamp is good quality, however a part of the logo is not readable. It would’ve been great if they let me know before sending and I could have supplied another logo

The product met my expectations but I was disappointed with the delivery. I paid £8.50 extra for next day delivery having placed the order late on Tuesday 5th October. I phoned Stamps Direct early on Wednesday 6th and they assured that with DHL courier service I had ordered I would get delivery by 12.00 noon on Thursday 7th October. However eventual delivery was only on Friday afternoon and too late for the use the order was intended for.

The stamp arrived promptly. It is not as specified (the centre text is at the bottom edge) however it contains the necessary information and is sufficient for my needs.

Hi Bruce, I apologise that you have not received confirmation of your order, this can sometimes go through to your junk folder. Your order was dispatched on the 12th of August, it can take anywhere between 1-8 days for Royal mail to make delivery at the moment. I have attached a copy of the invoice for your reference. fast efficient service from order to delivery, cannot fault that. However only giving three stars as no VAT invoice was sent, despite an email request..................... still waiting !!!

The delivery was great as promised. The stamp design was not quite what I wanted as the pdf I downloaded was not on the stamp ?! So I paid over £30 for 2 arrows !!!!
