“After a bit of confusion over email, I got called by Collin (manager) and he was kind enough to inform me about the details of my order and that it would arrive the next day. Thank you Stamps Direct, I have been pleasantly surprised by your service and I am glad I have chosen you for the stamps! I will be a returning customer for sure. Best wishes.”

Dear Luke, Thank you for your message. We received your order at 7.24pm Friday evening which was processed Monday morning. I apologise if you expected delivery on Saturday. I have seen an email from you this morning approving the proof which we emailed on Monday. Could you please confirm you'd like to proceed or would you like a full refund? “I have tried to upload a logo which was to add on my stamp. But I could not upload. But , I thought it was uploaded. When stamp came, I have realised that it was not uploaded. Can I return? Could you add a logo with my stamp? Please reply.”

“We bought a stamp, when he got it, my boss said 'Woo Hoo!' Sudden everybody wanted one. Woo Hoo! I didn't get one (Boo Hoo), so I can't say how they looked. It all went well. I expect we will keep coming back to Stamps Direct. They are who I usually go to for this sort of thing.”
