“After a bit of confusion over email, I got called by Collin (manager) and he was kind enough to inform me about the details of my order and that it would arrive the next day. Dear Luke, Thank you for your message. We received your order at 7.24pm Friday evening which was processed Monday morning. I apologise if you expected delivery on Saturday. I have seen an email from you this morning approving the proof which we emailed on Monday. Could you please confirm you'd like to proceed or would you like a full refund?
