Hi Bruce, I apologise that you have not received confirmation of your order, this can sometimes go through to your junk folder. Your order was dispatched on the 12th of August, it can take anywhere between 1-8 days for Royal mail to make delivery at the moment. I have attached a copy of the invoice for your reference. Dear William, Further to your review, please see a copy of the email sent to you on 11th August... "Hi there, Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, your artwork is too detailed for the loyalty card stamp. This can be produced to include either the letters “KB” or “KIZ’ BASH” with KIZ’ being above BASH.
