“Received my order very quickly but, unfortunately, it seemed the refill was missing. Rang the office and they realised the wrong item had been sent. Told me to keep it and the item I ordered would be sent, which arrived the next day. Was already impressed with speed of dispatch and delivery and the way in which the wrong item was dealt with and received the next day was excellent. More than happy to recommend Stamps Direct to anyone and will definitely use again. Thank you!”
