“Delivery is very slow. They promise next day delivery but it’s been 4 working days and still no sign of my order. Would use my previous supplier as they genuinely send next day”

Hi Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that your order hasn't arrived yet. Whilst the Royal Mail aim to deliver First Class parcels the following day (Tuesday 12th) it isn't a guaranteed service. “I came across Stamps Direct when searching for a company stamp. The design process online took no more than three minutes and then i received my stamp by priority mail the next day. Great company and the quality of the stamp is very high and already in use. Thanks Stamp Direct.”

Hi John The Egg Stamps are on a 2-3 week lead time. I've been advised your stamp will be delivered Monday or Tuesday next week. I apologise that the review email arrived before the stamp, these are sent automatically after five days for all orders. Kindest regards Colin Cousins Manager

“The stamp came out perfect and the delivery was sooner than expected. I have ordered an engraved stamp- for wax seals, which was needed asap. They have been in touch with me, they have arranged to have it prioritised and it ended arriving 3 days earlier. I would definitely recommend!!!”
