“Stamps Direct Ltd. were able to solve a problem for me very quickly. There are not many outlets left on the High Street selling the products I needed. The few that have survived are in a more distant town so I appreciated the fast and efficient service provided by this company.”

“items ordered with delivery stated for weekdays, and message from RM they would deliver on Sat! I then asked for the delivery on Mon, now they say address inaccessible they only have to ring a bell for the gates to be opened. The stamps still have not been deliver.”

Dear Frances Thank you for your email; I'm really sorry that the Royal Mail haven't been delivered as yet. I can see from the tracking that they retained the parcel on Saturday, with an attempt to deliver today (17th). They are currently due to attempt delivery on Wednesday. Regards Colin Cousins Manager
