“The speed of service was excellent and the pads were exactly what I needed BUT THE COST OF POSTAGE (over £4) WAS EXCESSIVE for a package which was sent at the basic large letter rate.”

Hi Thank you for your review. I'm really pleased the pads arrived so swiftly. Currently our website is unable to communicate with the Royal Mail regarding parcel size (this is something we're looking at). I have refunded £2.00 back to your PayPal account to allow for the difference between a large letter and a parcel. Kindest regards Colin Cousins Manager
