sadly didn't like that because of the spacing of the design and how small the stamp was, you can't make out the design at all, just comes through as a hexagonal smudge. I know things are probably automated on your side, but I feel like you should have offered some guidance on the site that this might be an issue at the very least, but also potentially emailed to be foreseeing this issue. I'm left with a useless stamp that's too light to be a paperweight

Dear Andrew Thank you for your email. The stamp has been produced to the maximum dimensions possible on the stamp ordered. What size would you prefer the stamp to be please? Dear Peter Thank you for your review. Your order was despatched on 29th November via First Class post. Royal Mail are currently stating that First Class items can take up to 8 days. The stamp was a lot smaller than I expected, not sure on returns policy?

Hi, Thanks for your review. I'm sorry the stamp is smaller than expected. If we split the text over two lines so it read just "BRUNCH CAFE" we could make better use of the space. I purchased traditional sealing wax. The order and delivery process was spot on. Regretably the product was very poor. Having purchased the sealing wax to use with the family signet ring to seal envelopes the wax did not perform at all - it was tacky and elastic and did not receive the crest impression. After multiple attempts used a different wax bought from a high street shop - which performed perfectly but was regretably not red. Great service poor product

Hi Elly, Thank you for your order and review. The Loyalty Card Stamp ordered has a maximum impression size of 10 x 10mm. My low rating is because my recent order (efficiently delivered etc.) of a refill pad was to replace an identical one bought only in January this year. That has rapidly started to break up in normal use, leaving a continuous deposit of bits on the stamp itself and resulting in blurred and blotchy prints which seriously disfigure documents every time it is used. After numerous messy attempts to clean it up I decided the only thing was to try a new pad, and if that is no better I shall have to get a new stamp and pad from elsewhere. The original pad supplied with the stamp produced perfect sharp prints for quite a number of years, and I fully expected a replacement pad to do the same, but it is nothing like it. I will see how the second replacement turns out. WR Weston

I have tried to upload a logo which was to add on my stamp. But I could not upload. But , I thought it was uploaded. When stamp came, I have realised that it was not uploaded. Can I return? Could you add a logo with my stamp? Please reply.
