“Received the stamp well wrapped and enclosed in its own box. Easy to assemble and so easy to make an impression on the paper. Think about the direction you want the image/logo to be when using. I would love to get a 32mm as I got the bigger one first. It literally arrived within the week. Thank you. Ps so easy to order.”

“I was a problem customer unable to produce acceptable artwork. The company replies to my various submission was quick, polite and helpful. Finally on agreed artwork, my goods were delivered promptly. I am delighted with the quality of my embossing stamp and seal”

“I have been a customer of Stamps Direct for a few years and my initial impression was that they are very responsive and helpful and fast. I recently had a problem with the delivery company they used and my order failed to show up. The customer service team took responsibility for the mishap and immediately solved the problem by expediting another set of stamps. This was the correct thing to do, I was initially very unhappy with the failed delivery but Stamps Direct quickly fixed the problem to the best of their ability, and now I am a happy customer once again!”

“The particular stamp I was looking for was difficult to source but to Stamps Direct it was no problem and I ordered immediately via Royal Mail 48 hour service on Tuesday 22nd October. The use of Royal Mail is why I have had to mark down the review. The item arrived 29 miles from me at 06.00 on Thursday. I thought that as it was their mistake Royal Mail would arrange a special delivery during the day. Following their normal lack of customer service the item eventually arrived at 12.46 on Saturday. Which has caused problems in our organisation. Stamps Direct should ask for compensation.”
