“The product met my expectations but I was disappointed with the delivery. I paid £8.50 extra for next day delivery having placed the order late on Tuesday 5th October. I phoned Stamps Direct early on Wednesday 6th and they assured that with DHL courier service I had ordered I would get delivery by 12.00 noon on Thursday 7th October. However eventual delivery was only on Friday afternoon and too late for the use the order was intended for.”

Dear Derek, I'm really sorry DHL failed to deliver. I'll ask the customer service team to investigate and refund the delivery fee paid. If the stamp is no longer of use to you, please let me know and we'll arrange a freepost return and full refund. Kindest regards Colin Cousins Manager
