“I placed a small order of 2 stamps, the advert stated a cheaper price for 2 and yet it charged me the higher price for singles, when I rang to get this resolved the lady on the phone said it was my fault for not adding vat, which was not the case. I tried to explain it was not about vat but the cost of the stamps she was rude and then put the phone down, when another member of staff contacted me it was established it was there own website and not me. Tried to support a smaller business but it just gave me a headache and stress so back to amazon I went.”
