“Worst socks ever! Not even six months old and already have holes. Six pairs, worn out in the exact same place. This is a manufacturing defect, yet Stance refuses to refund or replace. They only give a 90 day guarantee on socks that cost $30 CAD per pair. These guys are criminals. Stay away.”
“I never received my package. I ordered a week in advance and this was suppose to be a special Valentine’s Day gift for a loved one. When I placed the order it said it would arrive on time. It was delivered to a FedEx an hour away from my house then returned to Stance. I sent multiple emails and was only getting responses from AI who did not understand the complexity of the situation. There is no customer service number and I was never contacted by a stance rep despite my constant email requests. This is such a great brand so it’s extremely disappointing that the customer service does not match the quality of the product.”

“The Quarter length socks are all different lengths. Some of the sock pairs have different designs on the top so it looks like your wearing mismatched socks.

They do stay up though. Got a 6 month subscription for 2 pairs a month and all I order is quarter socks like I mentioned they are inconsistent lengths some quarter socks would qualify for crew”
