“Purchase chalk pens and a magnetic whiteboard and paid a premium for next day delivery. Not only was the parcel split into 2, none of which was received next working day. Contacted the company and they ‘apologise’ and state that the whiteboard is coming from China and you may expect to see it in march. Again, not next working day!”
