“Cafe was ok. Receptionist was good, and understanding that my husband has Alzheimer's. Will help us next visit. However my husband and i ordered different meals. My hot meal came out first, we then had to wait for my husband's plate, which he didnt understand. Explanation, given, we can't do hot and cold at the same time. I forgot to present my green card at the cafe. Was told, points would be added at till in garden centre. Unfortunately, at the till, we were then told. cashier would add them today, but staff wouldn't be asking again. Comment was "we've been open 2 years, people should know to present their card". We are all human, and forget things, this is such poor customer service. I think the garden centre has lost its way, since they take over. Too big and too money orientated.”
