No goods no contact despite repeated emails no refund absolutely abysmal. Avoid at all costs

Order didn't arrive, parcel never seemed to reach Royal Mail, so I also have reservations, like the other review, about it actually being sent. A replacement was finally issued after many attempts at reaching customer services. It still says dispatched on the tracking info 3wks later. Never reached Royal Mail either. Strange. Thankfully I did get a refund. Shocking service overall 😑

The cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your order, and there doesn’t need to be anything wrong with the item for you to get a refund.

After a futher week I sent a 3rd email asking when I would recieve the masks and if I didnt hear from an actual human I would go mad and demand to have a refund.

Company expected ME to pay the costs of sending them back before they would consider a refund having charged postage costs to send to me that were triple what they actually paid Royal Mail.

They agreed to refund me cost once I had posted print back which I did at my expense.

I returned it and the refund was made to the gift card.

Well to start the delivery took 3 weeks, I emailed and was told it was royal mail's fault and that they would be resent, I made the point that I wanted my delivery charges refunded which, was listened to and refunded to me.

I asked for a straight exchange but they refused as I was a) just outside the refund period (I had been away) and b) they only do exchanges on damaged items.
