“I bought some pictures off him years ago - and cushions, coasters etc. Everything was ok - but then I started getting spammed - absolutely relentlessly spammed - for all sorts of things I wasn’t interested in. Clocks, suitcases. They ignore the ‘unsubscribe’ requests and any emails asking to remove you from the mailing list - and the email addresses they send from looked like they were fakes and constantly changed, so you couldn’t block them. A standard spamming technique. Very annoying - this has been going on for years. I thought the Steve Brown website must have been hacked, but I have since read that he went bankrupt and someone else bought up the name and uses it to sell ‘stuff’. I would never buy from someone who uses such dodgy sales tactics. Whatever you do, don’t let them get your email addresses!”

“The products are excellent really good quality shame the customer service isn’t. No one ever answers the phone emails take days to answer or are just ignored. Come on Steven Brown up your game and sort out your customer service issues.”

“This company has ignored three, now four, unsubscribe requests and associated cease and desist requests and is still sending me unwanted emails for their so-called art. How can I get them to leave me alone?”

“I ordered sadly without reading reviews as have had his items in the past and were really good unfortunately I placed a order and have never received my goods or a refund they never answer emails or the phone and when u contact them on Facebook they block you disgusting company still taking peoples money with no sign of goods DONOT BUY FROM THEM”

“❗️Be aware of this company if you need to activate a return. It went into liquidation in 2019 and dissolved entirely in 2022. DGD Ltd owns the rights to the company. My mum is being completely ignored with all email communication ❗️ Only giving it 1 star because I can’t give it zero.”

“Have been purchasing art etc for many years all excellent! Except for latest canvas 40/40 £200 ! It is warped ! Rang customer care 9 times....no answer! Emailed roughly 14 times only to be told be dealt with 3/4 working days! I first made contact 21st October!!! this is not good enough customer care is terrible just ignoring complaint !”

“Bought a lovely blanket. After 14 working days it didn’t arrive. No responses to emails in over ten days, apart from an automated one. Plus phone number disconnects. I wouldn’t buy again from them.”

“been waiting for a replacement rug since October as mine is damaged still not received the replacement emailed and phoned them with no answer very disappointing just want my money back and I can't even do that as there not answering”

“I contacted Recovery Hacker 101 after falling victim to a phishing scam and losing a significant sum of Bitcoin. They responded promptly and with great professionalism. “Order didn't arrive, parcel never seemed to reach Royal Mail, so I also have reservations, like the other review, about it actually being sent. A replacement was finally issued after many attempts at reaching customer services. It still says dispatched on the tracking info 3wks later. Never reached Royal Mail either. Strange. Thankfully I did get a refund. Shocking service overall 😑”

“Placed an order 7 weeks ago but it never arrived. Contacted customer services who sent a replacement order which didn't arrive either! Shipping info has never updated and Royal mail seem to be still waiting on the parcels so I have doubts if they were ever even dispatched in the first place. They didn't respond to numerous emails and messages and each time I rang customer services they promised to get back to me with updates but never did. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Going to attempt to get a refund now as I don't think my order will ever arrive. Wish me luck... 😕”

“In my cottage I have the typical Highland cattle painting in a large scale and am amazed how psychedelic it is when the Christmas lights are on ..the painting comes to life,you have to see it to believe it but the colours get picked up in sequence with the lights and it almost danceswith the lights,abit trippy but otherwise it ads to the bonus of having the art on the wall..try it.”

“Quick delivery , packed well, the best packaging I’ve ever had…Delivered on time , put where I wanted it, courier texted it had been delivered…pictures amazing , I would of been happy paying double , can’t stop looking at the on my wall”
