Customer Service - Bad

Order didn't arrive, parcel never seemed to reach Royal Mail, so I also have reservations, like the other review, about it actually being sent. A replacement was finally issued after many attempts at reaching customer services. It still says dispatched on the tracking info 3wks later. Never reached Royal Mail either. Strange. Thankfully I did get a refund. Shocking service overall 😑

Contacted customer services who sent a replacement order which didn't arrive either! Shipping info has never updated and Royal mail seem to be still waiting on the parcels so I have doubts if they were ever even dispatched in the first place.

I spoke on live chat. Customer service is disappointing. I have never had such bad customer service from any other shop. They just want your money and don’t care after that! I will never buy from them again. Still waiting for manager to get in contact with me, if they ever do! I gave them one star as there isn’t an option for no stars.

The customer service is awful, they are breaking the law but their Customer Service Manager refuses to check this out:- Under the UK consumer law you automatically get a 14-day ‘cooling-off period’ when you buy something you haven’t seen in person.

brought the canvas for a Christmas present, order took almost 3 weeks to arrive (spent two days trying to locate it as it had been left with a neighbour!) unfortunately the present i ordered came on 15th December, given that Christmas is 25th i gave them the gift on the 25th!!! The recipient did not like it so i wanted to arrange a return, i did not receive a response so i posted this anyhow, i was then informed that i have missed the cut off date and that i would also then have to pay for the postal costs back to me! Why is it okay for a company to take over 2 weeks to post things to you, but they do not provide you with that same grace in timescales for returns, especially given that this was a gift! (and had i ordered any later it was likely that it would not have arrived on time!) The reason for return was the fact that ive paid 60 quid for a canvas no bigger than a piece of paper! then factoring costs of postal back and then should i want my order returned a further £10 on top!!! so thats £80 for a canvas that i dont want!!!!! Wouldnt bother with customer service because they dont actually care.

Product arrived damaged and was an anniversary present. Ive spent hundreds of pounds with Steven Brown. The advisor made me feel like i deliberately damaged if myself. Bad service. Many more artists around.

Overpriced poor quality goods- I have spent a fortune on his large prints which have faded within 6 months of being on my walls (indirectly from sun)- I bought a calendar recently as a gift- took 10 days to arrive! I have lost faith in his goods and have started buying better quality canvases from another artist- who has excellent customer service and after sales!
