“I haven't had counterfeit issues being passed as real, like my friend has but they are not good with communication. How can u give someone almost 2 weeks just to ship because of weather delays In May and NOT TELL THE BUYER? Customer should have option to cancel. And the customer service rep, shouldn't be one”

“Would not purchase from here again. Shoes arrived flawed and damaged. Threading coming out and dented in certain spots. Immediately reached out to support with photos, they said it meets retail standards. I reached out to a retail store and they confirmed it would not go on their shelves. Very disappointing experience and company.”

“I bought 4 pairs, first they canceled the Hare and refunded my money, was checking the price of that model and realized it's increased. They sent two pairs which took 2 weeks or so, not very rare model (SB LA to Chicago, and Royal 2017). One pair left, Chicago. After 3 weeks waiting they said that the received fake pairs, twice. Therefore they will refund my money. I checked the price, and you know what, the price is also geting higher. I do not know why it's so predictable, even weeks ago I already knew that they would not be able to find me Hare and Chicago. However, they definitely were able to get the ordinary pairs, which you can buy from other stores and get it in one or two days. Mediocre and unreliable. Thanks and regards, Ardhi”
