“I hope you won’t have to return anything !!
First of shipping costs are not even covered, for a company of this size It’s outrageous !
Secondly they give a 14 days window for refund from the time they they receive the package, I have been waiting for about 25 days so far , was very hard to get in touch ( perhaps xlas times etc… which I can understand a bit more ) but after 25 days I was told that « my return had been processed » and that Îd be receiving my refund « soon » what does soon even mean It’s been about 4-5 days since that email …
Overall really disappointed”
“I absolutely loved the products that I ordered but it would have been nice to know that I had to pay duty fees on the order. My order was $250 and I had to pay duty fees of $149. Had I known this I would not have made this purchase.”
“Not gonna order there again - first the sizes were way too big, so I needed to order the items again. Second, the return process was quite complicated and expensive as goods needed to be returned to Belgium.”

“This is mainly a review of the physical stores at the festival. The stock management was awful! 5 stores on site (including DreamVille) and they all ran out of so many items so quickly and had no idea if/when they would get more. Very frustrating, and so stupid considering how much business was lost.
That, and the prices are pretty outrageous!”
