Apparently, and contrary to what I thought when purchasing a new product, I was quite surprised when I opened the package. The packaging was in perfect condition, but the record sleeve was damaged on the corners. Moreover, both inner sleeves were torn and then taped back together. Fortunately, the two vinyl records were in very good condition. It would be best to inform customers if this purchase concerns a B-stock product.”

T-shirts have become good quality. They kind off all have the same design, for a few years.
However, the quality of the sweaters is not so good. They don't fit very well, as if they were washed quite a few times already. The latest ones don't even have a front pocket.
Overall, clothes have become expensive. The quality does not meet the price; you pay for the brand.”
“I love Tomorrowland products, but it is hard (and sometimes ridiculously stupid) to get them through the store since there’s some sort of system that analyzes the transactions in search of fraudulent actions. This has happened to me every time I buy something from the store, and that lead to the cancellation of an order (without noticing me). Other than that, and the fact that you have to pay extra due to local taxes and fees, I recommend the store, but if you are in another part of the globe rather than in Europe, be ready to experience ridiculous inconveniences,”

But now we come to the negative point: if you order clothes or jewelry, then you have to assume that there will also be returns.
In my case, I unfortunately had to return 50% of my purchase, which resulted in 30 minutes of dealing with how to do it at TML Store and then having to pay 20-25€ shipping fees.
