The positive:
- accepts payments with Paypal (very rare for Indian sites)
- fast delivery in a discreet cardboard envelope. No interception by customs.

- answers emails
The negative:
- No tracking of the package. They provided a number that has never worked.
- A product ordered from the Sunpharma brand replaced by another less well-known brand. After my complaint, they apologized and offered to resend the correct product for free on the next order.”
“Ordered ivecop in oct 2021, didnt arrive by december. They responded quickly to email and resent. Arrived in 4 weeks. About 3 weeks later the 1st shipment also arrived. Nice bonus. Had to pay an individual thru paypal, so no buyer protection, but they are legit, and do respond quickly to email. They send an email invoice with all the info and you respond to that address.”
