“For anyone who intends to purchase a dvdfab product as part of the purchase, you can become a member of the technical forum for the products. The problem is that the person who runs the forum is a bad person called cat4u. He blocked me due to my complaints on the forum regarding a problem downloading from YouTube. He claims that I complained too much and that is not allowed. You don't get what you paid for, but you shouldn't complain too much because he claims that this is done so that you have many posts as if it were Instagram, which I assume makes a financial profit from. If you want a dvdfab product, consider it even though they really do have excellent products. I have many of their products and the only problematic product is streamfab. Attached is the message I received from the bad forum administrator.”

“It seems to me that Streamfab lives by the assertion "if it is not broke than break it". Every time a new update comes in (every week) you are afraid to download it, feeling it is destroy last week's update and cause everything to fail. This pattern is repeated over and over. Even if the program is working fine, you cannot keep it as they force you to update to a likely non-working version. If you own several plans, such as Amazon, Netflix and Paramount, it is rare that all will work at the same time. To fix one, they seem to have to break another. At present, Amazon and Netflix work for me but Paramount, not so much. If is does, the top download speed is less than 1 mps while Amazon is at 25 mbs. With that speed it takes three hours to download a 45 min recording and 90% of the it fails. A waste of time and effort. At present it is too frustrating to be desirable.”

“Biggest waste of money i ever spent ! More and more sites are not working. service is slow at getting back and all I get is excuses. I would not recommend purchasing this software to anyone. Not to mention this site won't let me leave the screen shots to prove several sites don't work with this software.”
