“Amazon and Netflix was not working since last 4 months but since last week both these are working but only with Reencoding mode but it's longer process and it will take like 3 hours to finish one video and also if we have low processor PC, then it will get heated up very quickly. We need old normal download mode back for Amazon and Netflix or else refund our money.”
“Software doesn't work as advertised (for example, it doesn't work with ITV, which the company admit - despite ITV being listed as one of the many working websites).
The customer service is appalling. They have no interest in offering a refund despite their false advertising (and despite their 7-day refund guarantee which they clearly advertise on their website).
A complete shambles. Avoid !”

Before This software getting the video in a timely manner was a problem. Mail was uncertain and other video exchanges were costly. Now we get permission to the use the video and with This software get a nice clean download from YouTube or Facebook and we're able to use the video on our program.”
