“Never order from this company! I ordered 100 birds waited a month only to have 25 delivered. Their policy supposedly doesn’t allow them to fix their mistake and send the rest of the birds.
They were rude and treated me like it was my mistake. Finally did get a refund but not before several phone calls and messages left.”
“I placed an order and after a few days the status still stated “awaiting fulfillment”. I tried to call Stromberg but no answer and then I messaged them and still no reply. I had to call the parent company MannLake to reach someone. They told me the item was discontinued and they would have to cancel my order. I guess they just weren’t going to inform me that they were not shipping my item.”
“Stromberg's sent out my chicks in a unmarked box. USPS handled it like regular mail because it didn't say live baby chicks or live animals anywhere on the box. It took 6 days for my box to arrive. All my chicks were DOA and I'm heart broken. It took”
“I placed an order on 2/26/25 and in no place within the description did it have a notice their hatching eggs would not be available for shipping after 1-3 business days. Instead I received an email on 3/1 that my order would be in transit starting 6/10. I canceled my order because this timeframe wasn't what I wanted otherwise I wouldn't have ordered. I was charged a cancellation fee of 15$ for an order that would be in "transit" starting on 6/10. This is not customer service. I do not recommend this company.”
