“Richard helped me find the course that had disappeared from my course list and reactivated it. it was a simple process. The reason for it bein deactivated is something Study365 need to correct, however the chat assistant did a great job without fuss.”

“I was looking to purchase a Prince2 training course but was having difficulty logging in to my account. I was also looking for an electronic version of course manuals. Through LIVE CHAT Richard was able to give me the latest pricing for the the course I was interested in, a link for the pdf documentation and a link to reset my account password.
