“I have been taking a PRINCE2 Agile course from Spain since October. I decided to make the payment in 5 installments and I paid 2 of them. Now that I want to pay the third, the web doesn't allow me to do it, because it appeares a message that says that there are no available payment methods for my location. I want to continue the course, finish paying it and make the exam, but I've sent many mails for weeks and still do not have any answer.”

“Course great, but have not received e- Certificate or hard copy which was paid for. Have emailed several times but no one has got back to me with answers.”

Dear Vicky, Thank you for taking time to share your experience with us. We've found that you have completed the Diploma in Dog Training – Level 3 course with us and ordered your certificate on 7th April. More importantly, we have clearly mentioned that, printed certificate takes 14 days of processing time and you should have received a notification with all details at the same time you placed the order. Therefore your certificate will be delivered to you on or before 28th April. Regarding the E-certificate, this E-Certificate is absolutely FREE and it is available at the same time you passed our online exam. However if you experienced any technical issues with downloading the e-certificate, you are required to contact us so that we can correct the issue. It would be great if you can share your email address with us so that we can contact you directly if it's necessary. We apologise for the inconvenience and are more than happy to help. “After done my course I get wrong name in my e-certificate. I sent more email to correct it , but no response yet.”
