While I rate the learning experience positively, it's been an absolute mess to request the exam voucher. I've been waiting since November for an exam voucher that has never arrived! The costumer service is non-existent and unable to provide any updates or resolution to this issue. This delay is greatly damaging my reputation as I have committed to take this qualification in a reasonable timeframe. I'm starting thinking that this is a scam and I will never see my voucher!!

Study 365 took 152 days to provide me with a voucher I paid for. This was due to a 'problem in the system' that I never had anything to do with it. I was barred from my right to decline it and request a full refund because I bought the voucher over a year ago. Interestingly, I had requested my voucher for the exam during the period valid for a refund, and the company failed to provide it! Because of the bad service Study 365 has provided to me, the attendant offered some free courses. All of them totally out of my interest. Aiming to accept the situation, and accept the offer, I questioned if one of my interests could be offered instead. During the email thread, apparently, I was passed to other attendants, and the confusion about my case took over. I am tired of dealing with Study 365, my study plan was affected because of the company's incompetence and I can not even have my money back. I am completely unsatisfied with the outcome so far.

Awful service, I am still waiting after 3 months for my code to complete the course I bought. You are unable to call anyone as they ignore the phones. Avoid at all costs.

This company is a scam organisation. Please see most up to date 1 star reviews on trustpilot to see how they operate. First stage customer service is very responsive and pleasant, you see regular online presence and feel reassured. This is where it ends. You sign up to a course and complete it only to get to the point of trying to obtain your exam vouchers to actually take the exam, then they fail to release the exam vouchers giving multiple excuses including technical delays. When this inevitably drags on for months and you request a refund they say you cant be refunded as you have started their course. The course is of course meaningless without being able to access the official textbook and exams and get the actual certification. It’s a fully-fledged scam. They even put up a fight when trying to get a refund via credit card/paypal. They delete all negative comments on their social media within hours and I can only assume they pay for positive reviews and likes or else they were once legitimate and have been taken over by scammers. Please be warned

It’s been over a month and still not received an exam voucher from them, so I’m stuck in limbo. They don’t answer the customer service phone calls and the email replies just say “they are busy”. It seems they are in major financial difficulties by the sounds of this and other reviews. AVOID

I had a partnership with them to sell my electrical engineering courses. I haven't received any payment from them since April 2022. There are more than 200 students enrolled since then but they don't answer my emails nor want to pay anything. Very bad experience

Exam voucher was paid fair and square months ago by my employer and I don’t have anything left to pay. I studied for months to get pass in Prince2 exam and now after passing I am told by peoplecert that study365 is holding validation of the exam voucher to release my exam results. This is been almost a week that I passed my exam, I have contacted and got nothing but empty replies. I look like a clown with my employer because I have verbally confirmed I passed but can’t provide official result. Why would they take days to validate to say test voucher was bought? You would think training centre would be your friend and do needful, but no. They are useless even in doing the minimum which is to verify I bought the voucher from them. Such a shame that I used them! I still have one more exam voucher from them and am regretting. Never again! Absolute incompetence at display…I don’t know how they have so many good reviews if they are so hopeless. I am now stuck in between peoplecert and study365. This is nightmare

Quite happily took my money for submitting assignments but 3 months later they say they haven’t been submitted. Communication is very poor - 2/3 weeks to reply and then not even with a way to resolve the problem. I’ll quite happily update this when they resolve the matter.

Really bad experience. Had to chase the company constantly for several months to get my work marked. Then had to chase for the certificate which has still not arrived. Complaint process a joke - ignored for weeks on end or told certificate would arrive by a specific date only for that date to go by, and then no replies to emails. Course purchased June 2020, essays submitted September 2020, it is nearly April 2021 and no certificate to prove I passed the course. No choice but to escalate to the ombudsman. A real shame.

Terrible course so disorganised. I emailed them and no reply. I was doing the mock exam and it went into the final exam and I DIDNT EVEN KNOW IT. Would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY . SRAY CLEAR

Beware I did a Award in Education & Training course online with study365 and paid for the assignments and awarding body registration (Pearson) after the marking and feedback was late I checked with Pearson to find out they are not a registered centre with them (Ask for their centre number) and I was not registered as a candidate with them although they took money to do so. The course is worthless without my certificate from Pearson. I have given them the opportunity for an explanation before I take the matter further as a the moment it seems like they are scammers they have yet to reply.

So i finsihed reading the first section, its literally a book online! Ive done courses online before and they are broken down with multiple choice questions etc to break up the course. Its also based as someone living in America! I have a basic knowledge of property and it is totally different here to America, so if youre looking for propertys in the UK I do not recomend this course, faulse information is given. Probably wont get my refund after this but thought you guys should know before paying for this course.

Not sure where all good comments are from but I signed up for the course and there is no contact on the other side. I can't log in and there is nobody to answer my emails although I have tried many times. Please check Facebook reviews. I wish I checked them before signing up. There are better learning platforms than this one.

In the meantime the reason why there was no response to your emails is because your emails were sent on a Friday after 5 PM. I purchased a course through them and was within my 14 day refund and hadn’t started the online course. I requested for a refund as my work agreed to pay for me to attend a classroom course that they would pay for. In study365. T&CS it states that as long as you haven’t started the course and is within 14 days you can have a full refund. I requested a refund and instead of issuing my refund they tried to bully me into “course swapping” then wanted to know who I was booking my classroom course with whilst with holding my refund as a stalling tactic to push me over the 14 days. Incredibly unprofessional and quite desperate sales tactics still waiting on my refund

I booked a course in October 2018 but had to cancel with the 14 day cool off period. Still waiting for the refund as if the April 2019. Customer service absolutely shocking service !!

If I could give zero stars, I would. First of all, these courses are for America's market, not UK as I though. It barely scratches the surface of RE investments. Information given is absolutely worthless. Also, whoever wrote information for these courses have never invested or probably even worked in real estate business. In what world interest rates of loans would decrease for LONG period repayments??? If there is a need to change or modify the existing waterfront then the first step would be to (according to courses) - analyze the landscape and viewing, hiring a consultant wasn't a correct answer. Furthermore, courses states that properties in a countryside are half as priced in the city...oh my god...It has more factors and this statement is stupid on another level. Complete waste of money. Also they charge 'a small fee' to get the diploma delivered...£29. Can I just print it out myself??

I have put my claim through paypal for the paper certificate not being received and being ignored by e-mail (6 sent), needed this for interview as I did not even receive the e-version. Very disappointed, with so many providers offering a better service I would not use you or recommend your company. This happened with the first course I had with you, I had to chase the certificate, I should have learnt from that. I will re-take this course with another training provider and await refund.

I have purchased course in accounting software from uk based website. When I open course it was designed for USA. Terminology quite different, taxation very different. It was not use to me at all. I have complain straight away but month pass by and not refund or replacement despite regular email, they by the way looks like poor google translated from unknown language like for instance :Would like to raise a complaint or you can request a refund kindly drop a new email as requesting your requirement.

Having registered on the Level 3 in education, I found the resources of little use. The sample assignments didn't meet the grading criteria for the course. Upon completion it has taken over 6 weeks to get my grades for the course, despite having been told that I would have them in under 2 weeks. Numerous support calls and emails later and I have been lied to numerous times and still don't know whether my assignments have been marked. Hopefully i will have more luck in getting my money back.
