Really helpful customer service team - they are always quick to respond and provide you with the answers you need. The price of the course was very reasonable and you can get some even more competitive prices when you purchase a course during a promotion period - I couldn’t find a cheaper course. Really happy with the experience I’ve had and would highly recommend!

The course content and the delivery platform are top notch. There are mock questions and exams you can take before going for your certification. The few times I have had to deal with customer services they have always been helpful and prompt in their replies (even during this pandemic). I highly recommend for those who want to study remotely and at their own pace.

An extensive e-learning platform which has been easy to use. They have a great customer service who have been really helpful and quick to respond. Also the learning content has been well organised and insightful - Would highly recommend!

I am only able to comment on the pre-sales chat, but the support person was helpful, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and did so clearly and quickly. It bodes well for when we sign up for the course.

I purchased a 12 months course, but unfortunately fell ill during the course, i'm only back on my feet and when I logged back on to my course I only had 3 months left to finish, I contacted customer services who where very prompt at responding and gave me an extension for 3 months without a fee. Im so delighted I now have 6 months to finish my course, giving me more time for research etc , Highly recommended
