“I was looking to purchase a Prince2 training course but was having difficulty logging in to my account. I was also looking for an electronic version of course manuals. Through LIVE CHAT Richard was able to give me the latest pricing for the the course I was interested in, a link for the pdf documentation and a link to reset my account password. I was able to complete the purchase with all desired elements in minutes. Many thanks to Richard. Great service!”

“Тhe course was good. There are small remarks such as: talking too fast, changing slides too fast and sometimes not exactly explained modules! I don't think it's suitable for beginners and for people who don't understand English well. Because this is explained in the description of the course itself. Тhe other thing is that the test itself is not difficult but there are questions that are passed very quickly with only 1 sentence and you are expected to remember the names of people who have achieved something and serve as inspiration. But its alright”

“The online content is good enough for the foundation level and helpful despite the fact that I found the exam questions harder than those of the course. I was disappointed to find out the book had to be bought separately which I had not realised. This could be made clearer. The team responsiveness is good and there is a real feel of wanting to help clients.”
