“After having completed course, ordered Hard Copy of Certificate and awaited e Certificate. Had to contact them as hadn't received e Certificate. All sorted this morning and e Certificate was emailed to me and was told should receive hard copy within a week. Thank you.”

Dear Vicky, Thank you for taking time to share your experience with us. We've found that you have completed the Diploma in Dog Training – Level 3 course with us and ordered your certificate on 7th April. More importantly, we have clearly mentioned that, printed certificate takes 14 days of processing time and you should have received a notification with all details at the same time you placed the order. Therefore your certificate will be delivered to you on or before 28th April. Regarding the E-certificate, this E-Certificate is absolutely FREE and it is available at the same time you passed our online exam. However if you experienced any technical issues with downloading the e-certificate, you are required to contact us so that we can correct the issue. It would be great if you can share your email address with us so that we can contact you directly if it's necessary. We apologise for the inconvenience and are more than happy to help. “I have now received my certificate, and also contacted by the company. Maybe I was a little harsh on my original review as I was angry and did not know what else to do but I needed the certificate and there is nothing worse than being ignored. Thank you for sorting!”

“If I could give zero stars, I would. First of all, these courses are for America's market, not UK as I though. It barely scratches the surface of RE investments. Information given is absolutely worthless. Also, whoever wrote information for these courses have never invested or probably even worked in real estate business. In what world interest rates of loans would decrease for LONG period repayments??? If there is a need to change or modify the existing waterfront then the first step would be to (according to courses) - analyze the landscape and viewing, hiring a consultant wasn't a correct answer. Furthermore, courses states that properties in a countryside are half as priced in the city...oh my god...It has more factors and this statement is stupid on another level. Complete waste of money. Also they charge 'a small fee' to get the diploma delivered...£29. Can I just print it out myself??”

“I have put my claim through paypal for the paper certificate not being received and being ignored by e-mail (6 sent), needed this for interview as I did not even receive the e-version. Very disappointed, with so many providers offering a better service I would not use you or recommend your company. This happened with the first course I had with you, I had to chase the certificate, I should have learnt from that. I will re-take this course with another training provider and await refund.”

The certificate has been posted at the day after your original certificate purchase and we were reported by Royal mail ,that the certificate was delayed due to unavoidable circumstances. We have posted the relevant certificate by using 48 hours delivery option.The certificate should need to be delivered within 48 hours and we believe that the certificate is been delivered in regular time frame.
