“I had an issue with people cert exam app. The app functionalities would not work even though the proctor and I would have tried all solutions for an hour. I have been told to find another laptop to pass the exam. I have contacted Richard from Study 365, he provided me one of the best customer service I ever had. He told me exactly how to proceed to get my voucher released by people cert. He has been available and answered all my calls throughout the resolution process. I did not have any other option than to pass the exam at the test centre. Richard managed to book me for a test at the centre with agreement of his management on the same day. He went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you very much for the brilliant service.”
