“Study365 has rich selection of valuable courses which can give you a lot for reasonable price BUT is not worth to buy as you will waste a lot of time with customer service as their interface is full of mistakes and customer service is POOR. Do NOT BUY more than one course! - If you do, not all courses will be assigned to your account unless you will contact customer service. Not all courses have exam included as advertised (after finishing your course you have to wait a few more months for them to add exam, even if you contact customer service). When you finish course and pass exam there is high chance you will be assigned wrong certificate then you have to contact customer service again. I bought 14 courses with this company over past 2 years and customer service told me that I am experiencing troubles because I bought many courses. Some courses when finished and passed exam are still under the evaluation. It can take several months for issuing your certificate. I contacted customer service (no answer) and after 2 months and 3 weeks still dont have certificate which supposed to be included in the price - false advertisement again. Do not rely on customer service promises as they dont keep them! I Do NOT recommend this company!”
