“I was rushing through my course and pressed the wrong button and had to get the course reset. The live chat assistant (Randy) resolved the matter very quickly and was most polite and helpful. Excellent customer service and great course.”

“I signed up for one of their online courses on Social Psychology and when I still didn't receive my username and PW details within the given 48 hours, I proceeded to seek help from their online chat support desk. Randy was amazing and absolutely prompt in responding! Just wow! Now, this is what I'd call real customer service. :) Thanks so much!!! I can't wait to try my details and get a headstart on my course!”

“Not sure where all good comments are from but I signed up for the course and there is no contact on the other side. I can't log in and there is nobody to answer my emails although I have tried many times. Please check Facebook reviews. I wish I checked them before signing up. There are better learning platforms than this one.”

Dear Izabela, We apologise for the inconvenience this may have cause you, having said that your login details were sent out to you on the same day itself and you have confirmed that via FB comment itself. In the meantime the reason why there was no response to your emails is because your emails were sent on a Friday after 5 PM. The issue is sorted now and our customer service agents tried to reach on Monday several times via phone but couldn't get through to you. “The online content is good enough for the foundation level and helpful despite the fact that I found the exam questions harder than those of the course. I was disappointed to find out the book had to be bought separately which I had not realised. This could be made clearer. The team responsiveness is good and there is a real feel of wanting to help clients.”
