David was efficient and helpful. I was a little sceptical at first about the PRINCE2 practitioner course, but found David to be informative and he helped me make the right choice. He was at hand on the live chat and politely spoke on the phone, explaining the process and how I would obtain the voucher to sit the official exam. A big thumbs up from me!

i spoke with David online, to be honest i didn't really have a clue where to start however David explained everything promptly and easily so i could understand the course details etc, i was very nervous about finding online training but again David has put my mind at ease and i now feel the Study365 is the best option for me.. thank you very much David

A big thank you to Michael V H from the customer service team. Michael was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and thorough. Michael went through everything clearly and in great detail. He left no stone unturned so I knew exactly what I would be receiving and made sure I understood everything. He also followed up with emails and a personal phone call to ensure I was happy and had all the details/information to begin my course. Can't thank him enough and wish this high level of service was available with all my day to day dealings with different company's. A fine example of great customer service. Thanks again.

I have nothing but praise for Study365, my reason for using them was to take my ITIL4 exam making significant savings in the process. There was a delay between my payroll and the invoice which was dealt with endless patience by Study365, great service. Well done.

David assisted in providing helpful guidance to register for the PRINCE2 Foundation exam both by phone and online chat. He assured me that my exam vouchers will be processed quickly to enable me sit the exam sometime in the week. He provided a professional assistance and Study365 have a valuable staff. PRINCE2 - Foundation & Practitioner with Exams I spent some time reviewing the cheapest and most efficient way to complete PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner looking at various providers, checking Axelos (PRINCE2 accrediting body) and Peoplecert (the examining body). Study365 seemed to provide the most beneficial option for me and at a very reasonable price (training and exams for less than the exam cost only with Peoplecert - I can only assume that accredited learning providers are charged discounted exam rates by Peoplecert). Having asked for details of the learning platform, I was provided with 2 days' demo access free of charge to familiarise myself with it and ensure that I was comfortable. The videos are professional and in depth. The platform is well laid out and very easy to use. My last interaction was with David Cook via webchat. He was professional, quick and extremely helpful. Within 5 minutes of placing my order I had an account created with the products available to me and was viewing the training videos via the platform. Would not hesitate to recommend Study365 for this package. One piece of feedback, very specific to the bundle I ordered is that the Practitioner exam is open book (there is a manual for PRINCE2 which you can refer to in the exam). The book was not provided as part of the package. I had to order this separately. Whilst it is not strictly necessary to have the manual to pass the exam it is very highly recommended. It seems odd not to include it as including it would mean that you have everything you could require to become PRINCE2 Practitioner qualified. Study 365 provide the book at £65 but it can take up to 12 days to receive (note that Axelos charge £85!). Instead I ordered from Amazon for £67 and received same day (Prime membership).
