“This store has so many cute things! I bought a few things when I was there. I noticed though there is a VERY VERY VERY strong chemical smell in the building and on the clothes. I literally had to wash all my new things three times in a row to get the majority of the chemical/cleaner scent out of them and I had to hang them outside to get more of it out. I can still smell it a bit and I am very sensitive to chemicals and chemical cleaners/ fake scents. I tried on clothes while there and my face broke out in a rash afterwards. Especially since I tried tops on. Not sure why the store smells so strongly but I’m not sure I can shop here anymore if something isn’t done about it. And I’m so sad because things are so cute here! Other than that it’s a great shop with lots of cute things.”

“I love this boutique but your hours posted out at your warehouse sale are incorrect. I tried stopping last weekend on Sunday around 12:00 and it was closed. I also tried to stop today at 11:25 and it was closed.”

“I love the Carley wedges I purchased. The online shopping experience was easy and I received the shoes in just a couple of days!! However, there was no "love" in the packaging. The shoes were not shipped in a box or wrapped in tissue/packaging paper (if no box available). It felt like they were just tossed in the bag. Also, a nice thank you note/business card enclosed would have been a nice touch. I order from JJill quite often and they do a great job of adding extra touches in packaging. Those touches add to the customer care experience as well! Thank you!”
