Manager Jamie Jacob hired me with a agreement that lasted 6 months lied to me rescinded agreement. Calls me old and don't break a hip allows other tech to as well.yes I'm 64 with 23 years experience and don't need to be discriminated against

Been a Suburban customer for 20+ years, the last 5 years have been unacceptable. Had purchased the Silver plan, automatic fuel delivery, cleaning once a year. And the budget plan. To date I haven't had a furnace maintenance/cleaning for 18+ months I have run out of fuel more time's than I can count. My budget plan disappeared Chilli office refused to deliver any fuel till my account was paid in full. This was February 15 degrees out side?. There's a Law state and Federal. Then there is O we had to pull the driver off the road. You're first on list for tomorrow. Traveled cross town to speak to a manager face to face, hoping to clear things up. No change. Don't trying to call the office for problems you get the kiss of DEATH "Somebody from the office will get back to you." NOT. Worst experience ever. These actions have forced me to change Providers. Suburban management staff is unreliable, untruthful, fails at every level. I didn't mind paying higher prices when I was receiving quality service. That is not the case anymore. You lose, I win just pick up the tanks

Kevin from suburban propane in coldwater Michigan said he would waive a fee if I gave him a good review. This was after my wife and I were told twice by him and once by another employee that it should not have been charged. I wonder if that is legal?

I have used Suburban Propane since 2013 when I moved to New Bern. I had no problems until the last couple of years. My understanding is that this company has gone public. I accidently made a double payment when I paid on-line for lower fuel price contract they offer in the summer. They refused to return my second payment. When my monthly budget plan of $62.74 was not paid on time, because I thought they would take it out of my credit balance of over $300, I received a phone call and was told they could not do this as it was a separate account. These types of accounting practices were never in place before the last few years. They enjoy holding your money. In addition, one of their fuel delivery men, rode by my house when we were home and stated he could not find my home to deliver propane which we needed. I live in Fairfield Harbour where houses have clear numbers on the mailboxes. I am going to have them pull out their tank underground when my contract is over and go with another company.

Have been with Suburban Propane since 2001. Last year we told the office not to fill the tank as we were selling the house and what do they do they fill the tank. I've had two conversations with Tiffany in the office and let me tell you customer service is awful, no return calls, i've had to call. Twice now I've asked to speak to the office manager, Bernie and he's never in the office nor does he return my call. We were charged $4.44 a gallon, only Bernie could have adjusted that price but unfortunately again he's never in the office. I used to work for Ferrellgas, I understand the propane business and I could adjust people's pricing to keep our customers what's Suburban doesn't seem to care. All service propane will be out next week to set their tank and Suburban can find their sitting along the street.
