"WHAT EVER YOU DO DON\u2019T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!\r\n\r\nThis is an update as the 1st bad review I put on was mild compared to the recent experience with them.\r\nThey sent through damaged and faulty bin storage. Broken bits and rotten wood which you can see in the pics I have attached.\r\nTheir solution to the broken and faulty part was not to send the panel replacement but to send me the slats. This would mean me almost taking a whole side of it apart to fix it.\r\nI asked for replacement panels, but I had to chase. I\u2019m over 3 weeks in and they still haven\u2019t dealt with it. \r\nThey take your money quickly but when you have a problem they take ages to get back if at all! I chased them loads calling and emailing and today was told that as I had emailed many times it wasn\u2019t helpful and slowed them down!!! I have an answer to that\u2026 deal with the problem. Hilariously he then agreed he would have done the same if it were him?! \r\nSo apparently the first feedback I gave here was seen by the boss and the guy that occasionally got back to me said that because I wrote this it had put them off dealing with the issue!\r\nThe words used were \u201cif we have a review that\u2019s useless, we tend to be pretty useless.\u201d They said they would look at it again if I\u2019d agree to take my honest review off here. That shows exactly who you are dealing with. I have proof of these conversations.\r\nThe guy then got back to me today and they decided again that they would send just the slats. So that\u2019s me repairing their faults. When I said I wasn\u2019t willing to spend my time repairing their faults departing words were and I quote\u2026. \u201cI said I\u2019d ring, sorry it wasn\u2019t with better or appropriate news but HEY HO\u201d. \r\nI agree with his use of the word \u201cappropriate\u201d!\r\nWhen I said I\u2019d complain to trading standards he said it wasn\u2019t relevant. I went on to say \u2018perhaps the consumer act\u2019 he said it was probably extinct?\r\n I told him I would update this or suggested perhaps his boss (who I was told was John) would like to speak to me? Apparently he\u2019s the one who decides the policy but gets others to act it.\r\nI\u2019ve spent a fair amount of my hard-earned money with these people and they have been one of the worst companies I have ever come across. \r\nPLEASE, WHAT EVER YOU DO SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. THERE ARE LOADS OUT THERE. THEY CANNOT BE WORSE THAN THIS ONE! READ THE OTHER ROTTEN REVIEWS THEY\u2019VE HAD. I WISH I HAD TOO. \r\nI may seek legal advice as I feel so strongly about the rotten products and service I have received! What company supplies faulty and damaged goods and expects you to spend your time fixing it for them???"

“Personally we have had an excellent experience of this company. We bought the lean-to garden pergola and the quality is fantastic. Every powder -coated beam had protective film on it and there was not a thing damaged on delivery. When constructing we discovered we had two “right hand” end plates so we phoned the company and the gentleman could not have been any more helpful. He asked us to send an email with the part number and a picture of it and they would send one out straight away. The construction was fairly straightforward- so long as you follow the instructions carefully. Not a nut, bolt or screw missing, and the packaging was perfect for the kit. I would highly recommend this company for the product we have bought!”

“The product is very well made and of good construction. It took 3 of us to construct, sometimes it was confusing, but that may have been us though, not the instructions 😆… overall it’s perfect for the reason I purchased it for. I recommend greatly!”

“great shed was delayed however this was to be expected great CS i see alot of negatives i feel there are bound to be 2 sides of the story shame they cant reply. for a small business, i wish them every success in the future”

“i recently purchased a gazebo with retractable roof,and I was most impressed with the speed of delivery,moreover with the build quality of the frame it is extremely sturdy,I was slightly disappointed with the way in which the curtains work,but it was easy to assemble,and good quality”

“Situation resolved, very positive would definately use again and I do reccomend, John was very helpful, I wish them all the best for the future, maybe they are the 6th emergency service in this horrid Covid situation”

“I ordered a summer house and paid in full. Realised I'd got my measurements wrong I rang the company the next day and spoke to a very friendly helpful man who spent time advising me about the measurements and stating there would be a full refund and email to confirm this.. the full refund was sorted and in my bank the next day and email confirmation sent. Very impressed by the friendly service considering it was my mistake. Thankyou.”

“I tried to order a garden bench through Amazon, but they failed to deliver. So I looked around and found Summer Garden Buildings in Norwich. They had a similar bench in stock, at a much better price (183 vs 110). The delivery service was excellent too.”
