“Bought the sweatshirt after waiting weeks for it to be restocked. A few days later they said there’s been an issue with their website stock levels and would have to refund me. Customer service is poor. They used to be much better quality anyway, and I have noticed a drop off in the colour fading and shrinkage, but their prices only go one way!”
“Awful refund and returns policy. They still force you to pay for returns even when they get the order wrong. You wait 6 weeks for a refund. Dreadful company. Great British Customer Service ie its all about making money and bad luck if you made the mistake of buying from them and not checking reviews first.”
