I must say that Sunspel fails badly on every point. In all my years of online shopping, I have never encountered a business like Sunspel. It is truly the worst of the worst. The website looks nice, but beyond that, it is smoke and mirrors.
Do not be misled. They will disappoint you—not if, but when.
Look elsewhere if you dislike being frustrated and angered by poor products and service.”
