Full marks to Supanet for activating our land line and Broadband on the appointed day (satisfaction marred slightly by emails/letters/texts from Supanet informing me - incorrectly - that I had cancelled my Supanet contract and thereby incurred severe financial penalties! Anyway, all sorted now...)”

“Technical Chat - Mostly Derek - but Lee and Ava too. Very patient as the BB line drops at random and was lost about 8 times during the chat. Focused on the issue and managed to keep track of the conversation. Not resolved yet - but will assist again if needed.”
