I built a mud room on the side of my home after I put in the additional insulation and custom windows the finished room is only 40 inches wide, I was planning on a 2 foot x4foot panel on the ceiling where the wall meets.Is it possible to get a custom made panel to fit the smaller area?

I would suggest using a 2x2 LED panel. Part # - LPD-x22-40. These are not custom. 2X2 panels are standard for many lighting applications. Best Regards
