“Unfortunately, there were two half circles (measuring about 15cms) missing from the fabric on both selvage sides - at about a metre into the length that I bought. I did not notice this until hanging the fabric on the line after laundering. I should still be able to use the fabric but was disappointed.”

“One of the fabrics I had ordered was not available due to a computer "glitch". A very nice lady phoned and said what would I like to replace this particular fabric with and suggested a different colour, which is a lovely match now that I have the material. Only suggestion would be that they don't cut an order of more than one fabric if one of the chosen pieces is unavailable, because as like me I needed the two fabrics for one item and I would have cancelled the order and just done the item in one different fabric.”

“More photos and more accurate and detailed description needed. I just bought 5m of fabric that’s completely unsuitable for what I wanted. $55 down the drain. Not only is it not what I was looking for, but it feels awful. But I guess that’s online shopping for you. Disclaimer: It was my misunderstanding of terminology that lead to it being the wrong fabric, unbrushed vs brushed fleece, but its not even nice for what it is, if it was I’d probably use it anyway and not be so disappointed. Its supposed to be suitable for tracksuits, but its rough and scratchy. A photo showing the wrong side would have avoided any confusion, or saying it was loopback. And yes, it was on sale, so it could have been worse.”
