“I placed an express order on Sunday, it is now Friday and my order still has not arrived. I sent an email to support but was not provided any help or notion of responsibility for the delay. Don't charge $20 for express postage and say that its 'out of our hands'. There are plenty of other postage services that can guarantee delivery and its your job as a service and goods provider to ensure what you are offering. Will not be back.”
