“Introduced to this company with a $5 discount on first order but never received any emails til the next day (after order was placed) Paid for delivery express but was not sent for 2 days. Happy enough though to buy a second time but once I ordered noticed I was $2 off having free delivery, the credit card was taken and payment complete. Contacted them immediately but a reply did not come back til the next day when I was told it was to late to change an 'unfulfilled' order. Not sure if I will try again online with this company, always looking for customer service before product even when shopping online :(”

Hi Judy I'm sorry that you missed out on the first order discount - I've gone ahead and refunded you the $5 now. Unfortunately your order was already packed & sealed and we were unable to add extra fabric to it. Due to the current restrictions times we have limited staff allowed in the warehouse at any one time and that can cause some delays in responding to messages. Thanking you for your feedback & supporting small business during this difficult time.

“My first purchase from Super Cheap Fabrics - four lots of fabric. I live in Queensland so had to wait a short time for the fabric to arrive from Melbourne - also had to allow extra time due to Covid-19 restrictions. The fabric arrived this morning and I am very pleased with what I purchased and the time it took to get here. Will definitely use this supplier again.”
