“Always speedy delivery”

“Everything was great. Very prompt, good prices and decent fabric. Two things prevent my review from being excellent . Firstly, I emailed a question just after placing my order that was never responded to. It didn’t impact on the order at all but a response would have been nice. Secondly, I ordered 3m of Khaki wool cashmere and it was sent in two pieces. Hopefully it won’t be an issue, but one continuous piece was expected. A call or email to check to see if this was ok to still send is expected in this situation as it might not have been suitable and therefore a refund should be offered. It is also of poorer quality compared to the other colours in the same fabric. None of this prevents me from ordering again, but worth keeping a note of for next time. Cheers.”

“This is the first time I have purchased fabric online while I am pretty happy with it a better description of the fabric would have been helpful as it is a little sheerer than expected. I would have purchased a lining fabric at the same time had I realised.”
