“First used this company through ebay and was pleased with the service. I went directly to superfooduk to place a second order. Very happy to have saved a little bit of money this way and the speed of delivery was excellent. Will no doubt use this company again and would recommend to others.”

“I usually buy Chickweed Ointment from my local health food shop but it was out of stock and so I ordered some online. The price was the same, delivery was free and the goods arrived promptly......very well pleased!”

“I ordered and paid for acidophilus some days ago but have not yet had an email from Superfood acknowledging the order and/or giving me an expected date of delivery. I now have an email siyng I "forgot" to write a review. On the contrary it is "Superfood" who has forgotten to keep me informed. I rate that a poor performance. Frank Noble”

Hello, The order has been placed on the 23rd and sent out on the 24th by Royal Mail second class. It takes 3-5 working days for delivery. Please allow a few more days for delivery. Also, a dispatch email has been sent out on the 24th as well. Please check your junk mail. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Lorena

“I ordered a few items, payment was taken from my account, I awaited delivery, then got an email at a later date saying 'part' of my order had been cancelled, with no information as to what items had been cancelled. I had to email them to ask. The bulk of my order was not in stock/they had encountered a problem and they are now refunding me the remaining balance. Not very efficient or organised at all, and communication with the customer lacking. Would not buy from this company again.”

“It was the first time of ordering and I must say, it was very efficient. I was e-mailed as to when the delivery was likely to be - giving 2 alternative days and it arrived on the first day (today). I am very pleased with the result. regards June Craig”
