“Ordered on the 19 March - after nearly 3 weeks still no delivery and it’s not even shipped yet (their packing is so bad that it’s common it gets damaged and it happened in this case too)”

“Baked beans nowhere near standard we have come to expect. The juice which was thick and the product could not be faulted. The baked beans were in a thin sauce and had little flavour. Also the beans seemed to have a hard texture.”

“A few problems with the latest purchase. Ordered 12 bars of soap, got 12 cartons of cocoa flavoured cereal. Returns form and replacement soap not yet turned up. Cereal very rough on skin, cocoa staining shirt collar!”

Dear Valued Customer, Your recent review certainly gave us a good laugh! It seems our soap took an unexpected detour through the cereal aisle. While we appreciate the unintentional breakfast surprise, we're genuinely sorry for the mix-up. Rest assured, we're taking steps to ensure our soap stays put in the shower! Your replacement soap is already en route, thanks for bringing this to our attention, and for your patience as we sort things out. If you have any more soap-related questions, feel free to reach out.

“Product well packed and delivered in a timely fashion. Have used Superfood before and they perform very well with no adverse comments. Only disappointment is the horrendous cost of postage - hence the size of the order. This of course is no reflection on the vendor!”
