“The service and product from Superfoods were excellent. Unfortunately they were let down, twice, by their choice of delivery service, Hermes. First time they did not even deliver. Superfoods thankfully sent replacement product. This time Hermes did deliver, but not to the stated address. Thankfully our neighbour let us know.”

“Given the current situation we all find ourselves in, I can forgive the slow delivery. What however I’m struggling with is receiving 7 essentially flat and air deprived from a delivery of 12 including some physically stuck to the parcel and caught in the box folds. Whether more than 5 bags are actually usable we will see in due course but a suggestion might be bigger boxes, more careful packaging of items and some form of protective layer (bubble wrap etc). Slightly disappointing first order. I’d like to think it was a one off and give the benefit of the doubt.”
